ALL OF OUR PRICES ARE LISTED IN CANADIAN DOLLARS - WE DO OFFER A CURRENCY CONVERTER WHICH WILL DISPLAY THE EQUIVALENT PRICE IN US DOLLARS, EUROS, GB POUNDS, BUT ALL ITEMS WILL BE BILLED IN CANADIAN DOLLARS.

Wrong address and non recieved items

IF THE ITEM IS NOT RECEIVED AND SENT BACK TO US BY THE POSTAL SERVICE COMPANY YOU WILL BE CHARGED THE ACTUAL SHIPPING FEE. THE PRICE OF THE ITEM WILL BE CREDITED ONCE WE RECEIVE THE ITEM. WE WILL CONTACT YOU TO INFORM YOU WHEN WE RECEIVE THE PACKAGE.

Taxes

TAXES ARE NOT INCLUDED IN THE PRICE AND ADDED WHERE APPLICABLE BY LAW. SHIPMENTS WITHIN QUEBEC: GST (6%) & PST (7.5%) WILL BE CHARGED. SHIPMENTS WITHIN CANADA: GST (6%) WILL BE CHARGED. INTERNATIONAL : NO CANADIAN TAXES WILL BE CHARGED.

Shipping of items is done either by FedEx or Canada Post. There are multiple shipping options for each shipper, so select whichever option suits your needs best. Returns and Refunds

THE ITEM(S) MUST BE IN UNWORN CONDITION WITH ALL ORIGINAL TAGS ATTACHED AND MUST BE POSTMARKED WITHIN 72 HOURS OF RECEIPT OF THE DELIVERY. OLDgOLD BOUTIQUE IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR RETURN SHIP COSTS OR DUTY REIMBURSEMENT IN THE CASE OF INTERNATIONAL PURCHASES.
