Héritage shop: The Ideology

The word 'Héritage' which we appropriately appropriated from Montreal's native language has one main added definition when used in French. It is important to make this distinction because the english version does not lend itself to our usage of the term. Translated into english in the sense which we are using it, this word means "Inheritance".

We named this new store "Héritage" for many many reasons, however, the principle reasoning is that this is the place where the goods which we've collected from our travels and experiences around the world will be displayed in hopes to be acquired by inspired visitors. In this exchange there is also a transmission of love, experience and knowledge which is handed over from the shop owner into the pockets of his customers.

It is in this way that an inheritance of physical belongings along with their collector's experiences will be assembled to then be passed on through our establishment and back out into the four corners of the world as the name and logo suggest.
